The Banks family is a well-known American dynasty. The Banks family, which was founded by Isaac L. Banks in the early 19th century, gained notoriety in 1923 when he invented hot sauce, Banks red hot sauce. In 2025 they released they new line of chilli chocolate/candy, Banks is sold in 20 countries around the world and brings 7.2 billion a year.

Isaac was but a simple man he wanted to make something that would make eating his mothers meatloaf bearable, forced to attend Harlem university by his dad. He was a quiet man who would go to his classes and go home. Isaac was waiting for the bus when he noticed a girl he couldn’t keep his eyes off her, he fell in love instantly everyone knew her so was super popular. She was listening to music and wasn’t paying attention and stepped into the road as a car speeded towards her Isaac grabbed her savings her life she was so thankful, they started talking and he found out she single Handley started a sorority. A sorority of sisterhood called Zeta Pi Phi. Ruth Nelson was the kind of girl everyone wanted to be around she was beautiful and had this light about her, she created a sorority for woman to have a safe place a place where they could be themselves. Isaac would call Ruth his little butterfly so on his birthday she surprised him with the new logo for Zeta Pi Phi which was a gold and white, butterfly in honor of him. They got married shortly after graduating, they struggled for years to have a baby and finally in 1930 they found out they was pregnant, there was some complications during childbirth and Ruth passed away. Isaac raised Betty and she followed in her late mothers footsteps and studying nursing at Harlem university and be became a pledge for her late mother’s sorority.

Betty found life hard growing up without a female presence but being a part of Zeta Pi Phi made her feel closer to her mom and all the good she did. Betty lived her life as a nurse who ended up getting married and having two kids in the 1955 Adam and Wendy.
